AEEDC Dubai 2020 – REVIEW ON OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE INTERNATIONAL DENTAL CONFERENCE & ARAB DENTAL EXHIBITION.
We are a young company but with great goals; the results that we achieved in the past 4 years motivate us to try to grow further.
After the success we had at IDS 2019 in Germany, we thought that it was important to be present also to the most important exhibition of the middle east, AEEDC.
In Dubai, for our first participation at AEEDC, we had the support of our partner for the distribution in UAE and OMAN (Paramount Medical Equipment Trading llc), they helped us in welcoming the audience and introducing our dental units in this important territory.
It has been an amazing experience to cooperate with Paramount team during the exhibition; as usual, besides the business side, for us is important to establish a sincere friendship with the people who joins Simple&smart’s world.
Many visitors passed to our booth during the exhibition and we have established important commercial relationships with new distributors. Soon our products will be present also in Saudi Arabia market.
Luckily, we are already well present in the most ports of the middle east and north Africa region. Our success in those areas probably comes to the simplicity of our products.
In these areas, where the distances are big and sometimes there is a lack of technical support, have a product which is extremely easy to install, maintain and repair is big plus. Fast communication and the ease and speed in sending spare parts, make our way to work really appreciated in these countries.
Some markets are difficult to cover due the fact that the prices offered by competitors are really low. We are thinking about introducing soon a new dental unit model with a cheaper price. Of course, we are going to keep the same idea of simplicity and the internal system will remain mostly the same.
We are back home after the exhibition in Dubai with the awareness that we are working well and that our customers are satisfied. This obviously does not make us stop but rather gives us the incentive to keep improving ourselves.
Once again, in Dubai as in all the occasions that bring us to visit foreign countries, we appreciated the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and to have been able to share our passion for work with them. We also enjoyed pleasant moments outside the trade time, creating new friendships.
