IDS 2019 – REVIEW ON OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS LEADING DENTAL BUSINESS SUMMIT
IDS 2019 is over and with this article we want to revive all the emotions we had during the week in Cologne, Germany.
IDS is a unique event and, for those working in the dental business, it is impossible to miss.
Also this year Simple&Smart’ stand was present. As always, following our philosophy, we decided to distinguish ourselves from the other exhibitors by creating an original layout.
We used the crates with which we pack our dental chairs to create a platform table and the central structure of our stand. This has allowed us to save money but, above all, to recycle the material allowing us to partially limit our impact on the environment.
The choice was greatly appreciated by the visitors, who saw our desire to stand out with our innovative and ecological spirit interesting.
Even the presence of our “naked” dental unit has catch a lot of interest, allowing visitors to experience first-hand our simplicity and the solidity of the structure we make for our units. It does not often happen to see how a dental unit is in the inside. In our case the intent was just to prove that there is no need for a lot of electronics to create a valid and functional product.
Visitors and “selfies” were also very fascinated by our Stand Alone Multicolor dental unit, the upholstery in different colors (such as the dress of the Arlecchino mask). It definitely gave a fun touch to the whole stand. This chair perfectly reflected our spirit!
The exhibition has been very tiring and demanding for all the staff. We all did the best to expose and propose our brand, our philosophy and our products, which has been highly appreciated by the IDS’ people.
During the exhibition we have gathered many new contacts. There was a strong interest, from distributors around the world, for the simplicity and functionality of our products. Some new collaborations have been defined during the fair, others are still emerging during these days. All the staff is ready for a new season of great work to pursue our ambitious goals for 2019.
However, we would also like to thank all the distributors who are already working with our company and who had come to visit us. It is always a pleasure to meet our partners and discuss with them how to improve our products and services, as well as having the opportunity to share an important moment.
We are starting to organize the Dubai 2020 AEEDC exhibition, where Simple&Smart will be present for the first time. We are also already thinking about new ideas and innovations for IDS 2021.
